I take Key Melatonin Night and during the whole winter my sleep quality was very good. So I could sleep well, which was my main problem. But now I have problems at night because of the menopause with hot flashes. I was wondering if this may have something to do with the fact that now begins the summer? Should I take the same dose further or should I increase it?

I have menopause for 8 years. I have awful insomnia, viganal dryness, loss of skin elasticity, wrinkles. I have had insomnia before menopause, but not all the time. I have tried melatonin on many occasions. It never helped me to fall asleep. If I mix it with temazepam I have weird dreams, so I have stopped it. What would you suggest in regards to your product?
Is it plant derived?
Thank you

I'm in menopause for a year or so now. I'm not making a hormone therapy but use some natural dietary products to lessen the unpleasant effects of menopause.
I would like to know if melatonin has interactions with other natural agents?
I would like to try melatonin against my insomnia and nervousness because of my hot flashs.

I'm 46 years old and I'm starting to feel the effects of the menopause. I've been using Key Melatonin Defender for 2 months now. After a month the hot flashs vanished and my period has restarted mildly.
I wanted to ask if I can pass to Keymelatonin Fluid to help my cholesterol problems better? I've seen that the composition is similar, but the chrome is missing.
