I take Key Melatonin Night and during the whole winter my sleep quality was very good. So I could sleep well, which was my main problem. But now I have problems at night because of the menopause with hot flashes. I was wondering if this may have something to do with the fact that now begins the summer? Should I take the same dose further or should I increase it?
I am glad that you could improve your quality of sleep. Hot flashes in menopause are a very nasty problem. Although melatonin resynchronizes the endocrine system, the side effects of menopause can only be mitigated. They will not disappear completely. This is regardless of the season.
You don't need to increase dose of melatonin. From age 55 onwards you can switch to Key Melatonin Defender
