I sleep very well for around 6 hours from 10mg extended release melatonin. However I wake up 2 hours early, and feel alert. Immediate release forumlations only provide around 4 hours of deep sleep. What is the best practice to obtain around 8 hours of deep sleep? I can redose IR after 4 hours but would prefer a TR forumla that lasts 8 hours. I tend to be a "fast metabolizer"
